Sailing Frog's LEAP
The story behind the Game of LEAP

Distribution
Mining

What if you could mine a token with human effort instead of computing power?

Bitcoin miners invest in hardware, electricity, and computational work. They deploy powerful machines, compete to solve cryptographic puzzles, and earn Bitcoin for helping secure the network.

It's an extraordinary invention.

But what if there were another way to earn a token?

What if the work wasn't performed by a machine?

What if the miner was you?

Mining With Human Effort

The Game of LEAP introduces a concept we call Distribution Mining.

Instead of buying an ASIC miner, you invest something you already possess: your time, attention, creativity, and human relationships.

You introduce people to LEAP. You distribute LEAP. You help it reach new wallets and new people.

And when your distribution qualifies, you earn more LEAP.

Human effort is the mining power. Distribution is the work. LEAP is the reward.

The Accumulation Paradox

Here's where the game gets interesting.

The objective is to accumulate as much LEAP as you can.

But to earn more LEAP, you have to give some away.

You start with 100 LEAP. Distribute it intelligently, earn 100 qualifying points, and you become eligible for another 200 LEAP.

Then earn another 100 qualifying points through distribution, and receive another 200 LEAP.

Keep repeating the cycle. Keep building your bag.

The desire to accumulate LEAP becomes the very thing that drives its distribution.

The accumulation motive powers the distribution mechanism.

Why Distribution Matters

Consider what makes a currency useful.

The US dollar is extraordinarily liquid. Millions of people and businesses hold it, exchange it, and use it every day. That enormous network of participants is one reason the dollar is so difficult to displace.

Liquidity matters.

But where does liquidity begin?

We believe it may begin with distribution.

When a token reaches enough independent people, those people bring different circumstances, needs, and motivations.

Some want to hold. Some want to accumulate. Some want to trade. Others simply want to participate.

Those differences create the possibility of exchange. And exchange creates the possibility of liquidity.

Our hypothesis is simple:

Broad distribution can create the conditions for liquidity, and liquidity can contribute to economic value.

Not because anyone is required to use the token.

Because enough people might voluntarily want to.

An Experiment in Value

Most tokens begin by trying to establish utility, attract buyers, and build a community.

The Game of LEAP starts somewhere else.

It starts with people.

We don't require LEAP to pay network fees. We don't require it to access a service. We don't promise that it will appreciate.

Instead, we reward people for spreading it.

We're testing whether human effort, motivated by the desire to accumulate, can distribute a token broadly enough for a market to emerge organically.

It might work. It might not.

That's why it's an experiment.

And the Game of LEAP is how we're finding out.

Market Discovery

The Game of LEAP rewards people for distributing LEAP, not for buying or selling it. However, as LEAP reaches more and more independent holders, those people are free to decide what to do with it.

Some may hold. Some may offer to sell. Others may want to buy. Their different motivations create the conditions for both sides of a market to discover each other.

These six measurements follow that journey—from tokens entering circulation and spreading across wallets to voluntary exchanges, price discovery, and the emergence of market value.

Your Turn

You don't need expensive hardware.

You don't need a mining facility.

You don't need permission to own LEAP.

And you don't need to play the game to hold or trade it.

But if you want to earn more LEAP through the Game of LEAP, there's work to do.

Mine LEAP by distributing LEAP.

Welcome to Distribution Mining.
